VF-50 and Still Video Disk media often contain private family photographs, historical documentation, industrial material or other sensitive images. GARPENHOLM treats that material as confidential customer content.
Customer content
Disks sent to GARPENHOLM are handled as customer material. Images are processed only for the purpose of digitizing and delivering the customer’s own files.
Customer images are not used as samples, references, training material, publication material or marketing content without explicit permission.
Delivery
The normal workflow is focused on safe handling, conversion and delivery of digital files to the customer. If original media should be returned, the customer should provide complete return details.
For large or sensitive volumes, contact GARPENHOLM before shipping so the logistics can be agreed in advance.
Cookies
The VF-50 website may use normal technical cookies for navigation and basic website operation. If analytics are used, they are intended for aggregate website usage insight, not for inspecting customer image content.

Important note
Still Video Disks are old magnetic media. Mechanical condition, disk contamination, previous storage conditions and player compatibility can affect whether a disk can be recovered. For unusually valuable, sensitive or large collections, contact GARPENHOLM before sending the material.
